About Myra
As a young girl I already dreamed of a life in a sunny Mediterranean country. The sea, the palm trees, life outdoors and the relaxed Spanish way of living drew me in completely.
That dream has been my reality for more than 18 years now. My family and I live in Spain permanently and I am fully part of the local community.
In the paperOver those years I have come to know this region in an unusual way. Not only as a resident, but also through several positions in public office. For four years I served as a councillor in a local authority, responsible for a number of departments, for budget management and for the municipal accounts.
Alongside that I chair the residents' association of the urbanisation where my family and I live.
Those roles taught me a great deal about Spanish regulation, local procedure and the way things are done here, and they also gave me a wide local network.

From local office to property
My love for this region, my experience in public office and my interest in property eventually came together in HOFF Real Estate.
Years of working here have taught me that buying a house in Moraira or buying a house in Jávea is about far more than finding a beautiful home. The surroundings have to suit you, the practical and legal side has to be right, and above all it has to be a place where you feel at home.
My local network plays a large part in that. I specialise in off-market property, which means homes are regularly offered to me before they appear online. New homes at HOFF Real Estate therefore always go to my own client list first.
